I wrote this song in 2020 during the pandemic. This one marked the begining of a new path for me as a song writer. I'm pleased to share it with you all.

That blows across the plane, over a sad old low roller in a high stakes game
He's got every reason to complain, but what's in that to gain

Spilling over like wine
With that devil right beside you
These vises that you're tied to
Spill it out for those who've gone
OH the ones we love so dearly
I hope that we see clearly before the dawn

I know that fear is just a mirror
It's a reflection of the things we say and the things we hear
I know a lie can spread like fire
Through the very core of the things we love and the things we require

I know it's hard to explain, but that's just part of the game
